Shipping & Returns

All our orders ship Monday through Friday from Ontario, California.  All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Transit Time :
Standard shipment: 3 – 5 Business days
Expedited shipment: Please give us a call at 909-295-9156 and we would be glad to help you and give you a transit time.

If your shipment does not arrive e.g., lost in transit, please contact us ASAP and we will sort it out for you.

We use USPS , UPS, Fedex, and DHL (international) to ship


Delivery Costs

Stander Shipment: Stander shipping will be calculated based on address upon checkout.

Expedited Shipment: Please give us a call at 909-295-9156 before check out and we will calculate and provide the delivery cost to you.


Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

International Orders

Transit Time: 1-2 weeks

Shipping Cost: Shipping will be calculated based on address upon checkout.

Taxes & Import Duties: Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be aware that might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
